fter the first launch during the German Motor Expo,2013 BMW M5 has recently entered into the US market. The market regards M5 as a luxury sedan of the recently updated BMW Series 5. Its design represents BMW signature and stands out as a traditional luxury and elegant sport sedan. It offers strong performance; powered at 560 horsepower 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 mated to a standard 7-speed double clutch transmission (M-DCT) with steering wheel paddles.
The maximum power of 560 horsepower can run at a maximum speed of 100 kilometers per hour in 3.7 seconds with manual transmission power levels 6 and 7. 19-inch wheels and HID headlamps are standard. It also comes with a high-performance audio system that includes both HD radio and a 6-disc DVD changer. Navigation, 18-inch heated seats and 4-zone climate control are also included. The M5 comes with Drivelogic which allows the engine to the ground without interruption. It also helps to change gears quickly and smoothly.
The control Servotronic steering is convenient and supports the parking which boosts confidence when driving at speed. Disc brakes with ABS anti-lock system and dynamic control allows the driver to control the vehicle as wishes. Active steering system gives drivers seamlessly comfort when driving. The newly redesigned M5 2013 adds several ways to improve fuel consumption performance. Its “Green” features which include a brake-energy regeneration system to charge the battery only when it brakes. An “auto-stop” feature is also added to save fuel when the engine is idle. In terms of exterior design, it comes with BMW classic grille style. The luxurious interior of the car is perfect – from the devices to the console and the doors. And materials are superior to almost everything.
The New 2013 BMW M5 features an option to be added to the car as well. For example, add additional accessories for smart phones. Install additional interior sound system to enhance audio performance. It also allows to change the color of the leather, the console, the size of the wheel and many more. It also comes with an option of 6-speed manual, but it is only available in North American markets. This is a no-cost alternative to the standard seven-speed M-DCT dual clutch gearbox on overseas models. All the tempting options BMW offers are to aggressively penetrate the American market. The price of a new 2013 BMW M5starts at U.S. $ 90,695.
