It cannot get more embarrassing for a soldier than this; experiencing a mishap while the public is gathered around watching, taking pictures and, of course, videos, which they then distribute to the always hungry for
fails internet crowd...
This
unusual incident happened in the Belarusian city of Grodno, which is situated close to the borders of Poland and Lithuania, reportedly earlier this week.
The soldiers were trying to
drive a tank (it could be a mobile artillery, we're not sure) onto a truck platform, but the armored fighting vehicle slipped and fell onto its side.

We're all for teaching yours children how to drive from a young age, but only under the right circumstances and in a safe, and controlled environment, not on a public highway with patches of ice…
If this video of an 8-year old girl driving her father's Audi A6
in Russia at speeds of up to 100km/h (62mph) is true and not some sort of a hoax, then her parents, both of whom were reportedly in the car at the time, need some lessons (of a different kind) themselves.

America is not the only place in the world with a gun problem, as we’ve witnessed many times through dash-cam videos shot in
Russia and the surrounding countries.
In this episode, an Infiniti FX cuts in front of the car recording the incident and the driver jumps out with a gun in his hand. He then swiftly approaches the other car and quarrels with the passengers, but little does he know that he forgot to pull the handbrake (or shift the FX's gear into park)…

We've said it once, we'll say it again;
Russian sidewalks can be an extremely dangerous place to be during winter time. How do we know? Well, as with anything else that has to do with Russia, automobiles and roads, through the widespread use of dash-cams that
tell the world about accidents such as the one featured in this clip.
A group of seven people, including a young kid holding his mother's (?) hand was waiting behind
a pedestrian crossing for the light to go green.

Many have scoffed at the idea of using dashboard-mounted cameras, but that hasn't deterred hundreds of thousands if not millions of drivers from all over Russia from installing one in their vehicle.
If it wasn't for their love of cameras, the world would have missed out on a rare occasion when a meteorite shot across the sky and exploded over the Chelyabinsk region in
central Russia on Friday morning.

True, you cannot consider yourself lucky if you're involved in an accident, but given the circumstances and how this particular crash played out, we think the driver of the white-colored
Volkswagen CC sedan should praise his lucky stars, especially after watching this video.
The footage, filmed from an adjacent vehicle, starts after the driver of the CC lost control of the car, crossing three lanes and passing in between four cars (!) in the process, before
he crashed into the metal barrier, which slung the Volkswagen across the other side and into the opposite barrier without touching another vehicle!

Drivers from
Russia and the surrounding countries often receive a lot of flak for not paying attention to pedestrians, but that's not always the case.
Take these two women for example. Not only do they
walk on the road instead of the pavement, but also in their hurry to get on a tram that had stopped further down, they completely disregard the cars – and that's something you don't want to do, especially during winter months when ice and snow cover the roads.

Most people are aware
that road accidents are an unfortunate part of driving, but in some instances, they may be educational as well.
Take this mindless driver, for example. While traveling on a snow-covered road, the motorist notices
a pedestrian crossing the road about 100 or so feet in front of him. What does he do? Believe it or not, instead of slowing down, he slams on the horn and actually accelerates his vehicle!

You could say that this driver is pretty good with his hands behind the wheel, or completely senseless, or perhaps better yet, both.
How else can you explain his actions after the car lost traction due to the icy conditions of the road, spinning around itself and narrowly missing an oncoming vehicle?

Not that life is easier for pedestrians residing in
Russia and its neighboring countries during warmer seasons, but understandably, it's far more dangerous to try to walk across any road in the harsh winter weather conditions.
Here were have two separate incidents involving pedestrians and cars, with a fortunate outcome, at least for the former.

You know how it is: You're driving along, listening to your music or chatting with your passenger, just minding your own business without a care in the world, and then a tank
crosses the street in front of you. Happens all the time.
Oh wait, you're saying it doesn't? Hmm. Maybe it's because you don't live in
Russia. Everything I have seen on the subject — this YouTube clip and the movie Goldeneye, to be exact — leads me to believe this sort of thing is common over there.

Adding to the many strange things one can see on
Russian highways these days, a driver captured a moose on film attempting to cross the Moscow Automobile Ring Road, which circles around the country's capital city.
We can't see if the large animal was hurt (it doesn't look like it), but while crossing the road, it stumbled and slipped before it got up by itself and headed towards the…fast lane on the left side of the highway.

When you're on the highway and it's snowing, it's always a sensible idea to slow down and increase the distance from the cars in front of you, as you never know what lies ahead. As they say, better to be prepared than sorry.
If you don't adhere to this very simple rule, your chances of
getting into an accident are exponentially greater.

Perhaps there's some sort of home remedy we're not aware of, but we’re pretty confident that, when it comes to cars, you should never, ever pour gasoline anywhere else than in the fuel tank.
That said, feel free to offer an
explanation to as why this woman grabbed the gas hose after filling up her car and started to pour fuel all over her windshield.

Luc Besson, we just might have a new candidate for
your Taxi franchise, if you ever consider making a fifth movie, that is.
While we're not entirely convinced that the yellow sign on the roof of the white sedan does indeed indicate that it's a taxi (we also see a grey-colored BMW 3-Series E30 Touring with the same sign crossing by), the intrepid driver should consider himself lucky for not ending up in the face of the Toyota Highlander.

Every man has his day in luck. For this old chap, Lady Luck paid a visit and hovered over, or shall we say, around him, as he was crossing the road.
A driver of an old sedan that looks like its from
Russia, who had just passed the
pedestrian crossing sign, was forced to slam and block his brakes, inadvertently turning the car around to avoid hitting the man.

Did you know that the Republic of Tatarstan is a constituent republic of
the Russian Federation located in the eastern part of the country, about 1,000 kilometers (600+ miles) miles east of Moscow?
Well, maybe you did (in which case, good for you), maybe you didn't (nobody's perfect), but one thing is for certain; regardless if you can’t find the republic on the map or don't understand a word they're saying, this video showing the humorous side of driving in Russia will offer you more than a few laughs. Although we’re going to admit that,

Even as kids, we're taught by our parents and schoolteachers that we should always look both ways before
crossing the road and never take chances. Better safe than sorry, as they say. Sadly, some adults still don't understand the concept.

The great English physicist Isaac Newton famously described gravity by stating, "What goes up, must come down" after watching the fall of an apple from a tree, or at least that's what we're told in his biography written by one of his contemporaries, William Stukeley.
Perhaps if Newton lived today and had an addiction for
dashcam videos, he may have come to the same conclusion simply by
observing Russians driving on steep roads during the winter season.

Just trust us when we say that you never, ever want to stand behind (or anywhere close, for that matter…) of the woman driving the car featured in this incident, which reportedly took place
in mother Russia.
The woman in the Mazda6 (?) sedan appeared to be in a pickle while trying to maneuver her car out of a parking lot, at which point, another woman came out of the blue (or in this case, white) to give a helping hand.
